Monmouth Residents Directory is privately operated. It describes and links to public record indexes, rolls, and directory collections associated with Monmouth County, New Jersey. It holds no government records and is not affiliated with an office, court, or custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or material reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. Consumer-Report Limitation
We are not a consumer reporting agency as the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ยง 1681 et seq., defines that term. Neither this service nor a linked search result is a consumer report, and neither may be used to decide eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-covered purpose.
4. External Services
Government portals and third-party providers, including sponsored tools, have separate terms and privacy practices. Their content, availability, charges, and data practices are not controlled by us.

We may block or limit access, without notice, for a user who violates these terms or abuses the service.
11. Governing Law
New Jersey law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-record access questions are governed by the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, P.L. 2001, c.404, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., as amended, where that law applies.
12. Severability
If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder of these terms remains effective.
